Template Development

Open source site management products such as Drupal and WordPress provide great functionality off the shelf but if you use one of the ready-made templates available for them your site will tend to look rather anonymous and bland. That’s why you should consider having a custom template (or “theme” in Drupal terminology) created to reflect your unique identity.

I’ll turn your design into code that works with your chosen content management system (CMS). If you don’t have a design I’ll commission a graphic designer who specialises in web sites to create one for you, or create one myself: this site and others on my portfolio will give you an idea of my capabilities.

The templates I develop generate fully valid HTML and CSS. They are designed to be search engine friendly and generally accessible.
